Crystal Sky Camp is located at 6000 feet in the shadow of Mount Rainier, nestled into Campbell Basin at the foot of Crystal’s legendary King, Queen and Throne peaks. It combines the picturesque and expansive beauty of the Cascades, with Under Canvas’ expertise and dedication to connecting guests with the outdoors.
Opened July 2021, Crystal Sky Camp is a one-of-kind retreat experience for the adventure-minded seeking an elevated outdoor getaway. This private camp caters to corporate retreats, nature-based weddings, adventure reunions and other group gatherings. We believe that nature is the best architect, family, friends, and colleagues are the best entertainment, and that a piece of every soul is hidden somewhere outside.
After riding two scenic chairlifts, guests will be greeted by 25 upscale Safari-style tents. Crystal Sky Camp accommodates groups of 40-50 guests in the unrivaled natural beauty of the Cascades. Our spatially distanced tents include amenities such as daily housekeeping, fresh towels, plush king-size beds, fresh linens, high-speed WiFi, and a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy at night. An expansive main lobby tent features comfortable chairs and picnic tables to provide a communal space where you can enjoy meals and drinks from the bar.
Guests will have exclusive use of Crystal Mountain Resort’s Campbell Basin Lodge plus an array of outdoor activities. Each group’s dedicated Camp Concierge and support staff are committed to catering to every guest’s needs, small and large.
